LookingGlass hits 1.0
Just in time for Christmas, the
Looking Glass folks have finally released the 1.0 version of their very cool 3D window system.
They've even packaged it up into some easy-to-install
binary builds.
If you want to try writing an app that takes advantage of all the 3D facilities (rather than just being an X window that flies around in 3D), try out
Plethora, a NetBeans module to make it easier.
