Catch Me At Interop
I know it has been a while -- I've been blogging internally at Sun for the last few months, but promise to get back on track! Check out the new group blog at http://blogs.sun.com/networking and also I'll be at Interop this week -- Wednesday -- with Force 10 Networks!
Data Centers, applications, and network are moving quickly to the edge. In fact, Web 2.0 and "soa" apps are driving most of the momentum (in addition to HPC data sources) in computing today.
It's hard to believe that over 5 billion people in the world today have yet to connect to the Web or the "'net." We have a long ways to go!
