JavaChopper Blog

I picked up the Javachopper this afternoon. When a rainstorm came up I learned all about the value of front fenders. That's right, water shot straight up from the front wheel into my face.

I don't think I stopped smiling the whole time...

About two years ago, I got the notion to build a theme bike. I wanted something that would be unique and reflect my love of Harleys, computing, and coffee. So the idea of the Javachopper was born.

While the nearly-completed bike was in an Easy Riders show this past Spring, mechanical issues kept it in the shop all Summer. Now it's finally done and I hope to pick it up tomorrow, Oregon weather permitting.

I've got plans for the Javachopper. And with this blog, I invite you to come along for the ride.
