The things I fear in a program are, in no special order I/O, excessive object creation (which is very costly in itself and leads later to excessive garbage collection), excessive String manipulation (which is really a form of excessive object creation), long running processes in the EDT and excessive use of reflection.I really believe that these social networks will have a huge impact on what we can accomplish as groups, it'll help us be very organized and communicate.
