The JFXStudio has launched a new micro challenge: Small World Sound The twist on this one is that the entries must incorporate a set of graphics and sound provided for the contest. I's an fun collection of artwork so this should make the entries quite interesting. Why don't you show the world what you can cook up?!
I would like a post on how it's going for the "open source" javafx? It was a long time i heard anything about it. And last time i heard of it, the person said it would go opensource, but now when SUN is bought up by Oracle, it's no one ho knows...
As i use fedora, i cant run javafx apps that good. iced tea is not ftw =(
Booting up windows, just to do javafx apps is really lame. Because, while iam logedon, i could do silverlight instead?!?

JavaFX should run on IcedTea, even if it's not supported. Have you had problems with it?
