BolderBoulder

Age and cunning overcame youth for at least one more year.  That goes double for the boyfriend who was faced with a pride vs love choice as I started to pull away early in the race.  He made the right choice, and I promise not to remind him about the margin of victory too often...

Congrats on keeping them at bay at least one more year! Did you happen to use the ChampionChip you had an entry about earlier in the race?

BolderBoulder experimented with the chips in the professional race and in the "A" wave (runners that were much, much faster than me). Assuming it went well I wouldn't be surprised to see it employed for the full race (or at least all "running" waves) next year...

Great Job Jay! You healed up well :-) AND you aren't as old as you think you are. Keep running and you'll stay young.

My shoulder felt pretty good! First day of running that I could just run without having to favor it.

congrats,

Jeff
