Webrev updated to version 23.18

I've uploaded version 23.18 of the webrev script to fix a potential security issue where username/password from the hgrc file could have appeared in the generated HTML. So I strongly recommend you use that new version.

Always a good idea to check the pages before posting them anywhere by the way.
