Working late tonight with a non-blogging heathen co-worker, we decided to go for some music while we worked on the spreadsheet from hell. I pulled out my iPod with my Griffin iTalk to play some tunes. By the way, if you have an iPod but don't have the iTalk, it's a great way to record conference sessions or play (poor quality) music with very little to carry.

My idea got nix'd by my co-worker who brought up the idea of Hawaiin music on Netscape Radio while we worked. It turned out to be an excellent choice. I never would have guessed it. Background music that didn't get in the way of our dialogue. Enjoyable yet didn't take attention away from the task at hand. The only problem is that it really makes you want to be somewhere else when you know you can't be :)
