It doesn't confirm everything from the Comms Design article but it does expand on the information in the Register. For example the presentation confirms the 8 threads per core but explains that it is actually 2 x 4 thread units which looks more efficient than a single 8 thread unit. The presentation also has a few details on how the various components (Integer execution, Encryption, FP units) interact.
