It looks as if the blog readers of John Clingan's Weblog have voted my blog title to be The Clingan Zone. Thanks to Simon Phipps for the eventual title, and 42 (Dave), Jaime, Dale, Rob, Fuzz, Benr, Davide, Dan, Kevin and Joshua for participating. I must admit that "The Clingan Empire" was my favorite. It has sentimental value as "Klingon" has been something I have been unable to shake in 37 years. Unfortunately, for a blog title it is a bit aggressive for someone reading it the first time.

You may or may not have noticed that I have begun to customize the interface slightly to get out of the default Look. The all-important title graphic is next. I have some ideas, but feel free to throw in your two cents as well.

With the "all about me" blog entries out of the way, I can get back to technology and how I use it to help customers drive down costs and improve Quality of Service. Naming my blog was a community-building experience, and was worth it. What is interesting to me is that it not only brought out a bit of my personality, but it also brought out some of the personalities of those I have something in common with.
