Although the Expert Group in the JCP program is always the Spec Lead's primary source of input, JSRs that are developed in a transparent fashion also draw on the knowledge and experience of Observers, the Community, and the Public. Recently three new case studies of Spec Leads who are effectively gathering input from their Expert Groups and beyond. Check out these latest Transparency Case Studies on the topic of Development and let us know if you have suggestions for other JSRs being led in a transparent and open development style. Our next series of case studies will focus on the topic of Agility--please share any suggestions in that arena as well.
