That's it, we've started testing it internally, and it is now out on OpenSSO website download !
The good think for us and our testing is that we have the Release Notes ! THAT is good for us.

7 locale, 7 combination covered :)
In parallel, I'll try again with my students to make it work on BEAWebLogic: we did not succeed so far to deploy OpenSSO there, and I'd like us to test it for b5.
