Bridging the Virtual Gap
Last week I worked on bringing a real life event into Second Life so that people from outside the bay area could participate. This was the first time I had organized an event like this and it was a learning experience! Unfortunately we had some technical difficulties, but I worked to do the best I could. At the end of the day several people thanked me for helping them attend the event and learn. So, I guess it was a success! I just hope next time will be a little easier!
