New position... Systems Technologist.
What does mean "Systems Technologist" ? I did not find a proper translation in French or Spanish.
Anyway it sounds cool. I am very happy to be back as a System Administrator and my new manager@SUN seems to be really good.
He is the kind of guy that makes you love the place where you work, really ! Tons of projects and things to learn. So far so good, here I am 
I will visit some of the people of my team in Broomfield (CO) very soon.

VISTA Business Edition does install fine on a Sun Java W1100z Workstation.
I have tried the 32 bits version.
The only driver which is not available from the installation DVDROM is the Realtek AUDIO AC97 driver.

At the begining before all the Microsoft Updates were installed I had to complain about some performance issues with some "mouse hangs".
In my setup I have also a NVIDIA QUADRO FX 1100 video card which is perfectly installed by the OS installer (WHQL driver!). I have tried to use the official driver installer from NVIDIA website but it does end with error message saying that it did not find any hardware compatible with such driver (???)...
Anyway it does work fine.
