Korea OpenSolaris Portal Opens
This is great news. The OpenSolaris Community in Korea opened their portal today: http://kr.opensolaris.org. The Korea Portal is part of the OpenSolaris Country Portal Project,
which is an effort to translate the content on opensolaris.org. We now
have 12 portals: Brazil, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India,
Japan, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Spain. These are all nascent but
important efforts to build community across language barriers. Portal
conversations take place within the Internationalization and
Localization Community Group on the i18n-discuss mail list.
