Myths

Jim Laurent has a nice roll up of some common myths about Solaris -- BUSTED! 11 Myths about Solaris on X86/X64 platforms. Maybe I should write one of these for OpenSolaris. I wonder if there are any "myths" around OpenSolaris?

I, for one, would love to read it.

For myth #1, I'd vote for something along the lines of "openSolaris is only a server OS" - SXDE is truly wonderful, and any developers who haven't tried it out really should.
