That camera and your eye take some great pictures. Being a photographer myself, i know that 90% of a great shot is the person taking it, but having better kit is always good to. I love the colors in the first one of the city, makes me want to visit.

Those photos are so mesmerizing - you can't stop daydreaming.
Why not put them into a flash slideshow or even make a panorama.
The quality of the colors of your photos are quite impressive
So tempted to Digg this - just hope it doesn't kill you bandwidth if it makes the homepage
Thanks, David. I got a new lens for this trip -- a Canon 50/1.4. It`s very nice. There are a million things to shoot in Prague, too. I wish I had a week to walk around ...

Thanks, PR. I am not sure how to make a Flash slideshow, to be honest, so I just use Flickr when I want to point someone to a slideshow. I take so many images, but the Prague set of 67 came out pretty well. :)

See...NICE LENS. I have a 50mm with I think 1.9 and it's one of my best little finds on eBay for about $100.

I like you pictures of Prague. Prague is a great city itself. I was happy to find a wide variety of museums in Prague covering almost anything you can think of: national history, communism, historical Czech art, music, literature. To see all of Prague museums would take several days of staying in hotels in Prague (http://www.prague-hotels.org.uk) for vacation. If you are interested in some specific area, you will easily find museum in Prague for your interests.

The centrepoint of the photography cycle up there is Charles Bridge, which I appreciate as it is a very romantic place to hang out, and also I double appreciate you went there at night, which is faaar more enjoyable - musicians, jugglers, couples, backpackers...

"In software, ideas are expressed in code.
The
implementation
is the
idea. If an idea has not been
implemented, it is premature to call it an 'idea' -- it
is rather a notion, a daydream or perhaps a fancy. If one has such
a thought, the first order of business is not to send out proposals or
give speeches or navigate through process but rather to sit down and
write some code: build a prototype, share it with some like-minded
people, incorporate their feedback, expand the community and iterate.
If one does this and one's ideas are sound,
the process naturally follows; people naturally
gravitate to good ideas."
"Having
your voice listened to is a privilege, not a right, and it's a
privilege that's earned in proportion to the contribution level, not
volume level."
