So I got me a blog...

Since I just created this blog, I felt I should at least write my first entry.
It's not going to be long - because it's already past 8pm in France and I begin to feel it's time to go home.

JMX[TM] is an acronym for Java Management Extensions.
The JMX Technology is one of the earliest JSR (JSR 3!) and was recently integrated in the Java SE platform, starting with Java SE 5.0.

I've been working in the JMX team since I joined Sun more than six years ago - and I intend to use this blog to share some ideas about working with JMX, SNMP, Java, etc...
