Building JMX in Mustang

...If you already participate to the java.net Mustang project, or if you are working on the JDK sources under the Java Research License, Joël Féraud just wrote a blog entry that shows how to easily work with the JMX source code without having to rebuild the whole JDK...

Some times ago Ray Gans wrote a nice article about Where we stand with the JDK Community - and the Tiger, Mustang, and Dolphin projects hosted by the JDK Community on java.net.

So for those of you who already participate in Mustang, or those who will be participating in Dolphin, and those who are working on Java sources under the Java Research License, Joël Féraud, from the JMX team, explains how you can build and work with the JMX source code without having to rebuild the whole JDK.

Note that if you are participating in Mustang, with the first beta version already out and the RC approaching fast, any new submitted JMX bugfixes might get delayed until dolphin!
