Reading list...
I'll be honest, I'm not much of a book worm.
I used to be, but in recent years i've developed a bad habit of skimming information and just extracting snippets. This is reflected in the diversity and size of my rss feed list ranging from research on autonomic computing to BBQ recipes....
As part of a belated new years resolution I decided to kick the trend and spend some time reading again. My first batch are in. Currently I have
- Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything (thanks Alok for the recommendation, when are you going to start blogging?)
then thanks to a great blog post by Werner Vogel (CTO of Amazon.com) on the differing roles of CTO's I picked up
- Inside the minds series - leading cto's
and downloaded (and printed - honest!) 5 patterns of the chief technology officer
I'm planning on taking some time this weekend to sit down and read.
