Mindy Smith has a nice voice -- like an early Shawn Colvin -- though her writing isn't nearly as addictive. Best cuts are "Come to Jesus", which sounds a lot like EastMountainSouth, and a brilliant cover of "Jolene", which she does as a duet with Dolly Parton (and which was first released on Dolly's tribute album).
