A handy list of resources for Solaris Developers
If you are new to Solaris and would like to have a "map" of the many books and documents available in Sun's vast document repository, the "Introduction to the Solaris Development Environment" book is a very good place to start. The book lists the many information sources available to Solaris developers and users, an online map to the Solaris man pages (yes, you can read the Solaris man pages online), links to Sun Studio, Kernel level debugging, Dtrace, Writing Java programs on Solaris and more. The book is available on http://docs.sun.com.
