Web Stack and SXDE 1/08
SXDE 1/08 has been released today, go check it out!
If you've been reading my blog for the past six months you've seen the progress on including and functionally integrating several web tier components into OpenSolaris. While these have been available for a number of weekly builds now, SXDE 1/08 is the first named release containing all the Web Stack components so it's a nice milestone.
Last week I wrote a HOW-TO (half jokingly, since it consist of only one step ;-) on using PHP with OpenSolaris so that might be a good place to start when experimenting with SXDE 1/08.
