translatedfiles: Integrating your files by using NetBeans CVS client

I posted a quick tutorial about how to use NetBeans CVS client for translatedfiles/src integration.
I put many screenshots so that every committer in translatedfiles.netbeans.org project can understand quickly. The following is the scenario.
  1. Checkout localized files from cvs.netbeans.org on NetBeans
  2. Add the folder to Favorite window of NetBeans
  3. Update localized files locally
  4. Show Changes, verify diffs on NetBeans
  5. Commit the updates to cvs.netbeans.org on NetBeans
There are many contributors in this translatedfiles project. Some contributors are not familiar with CVS and they are sending zip file of their localized files to committers. In most cases, it works but it would be nice if everyone could use CVS and could update their files immediately.
