Oxymoron With YouTube on iPhone? Computers

Lots of press today about YouTube on the iPhone, but am I reading too much into the actual press release?  It states that iPhone™ users will be able to enjoy YouTube’s originally-created content on their iPhones.  To me, YouTube and originally-created content are oxymoronic.  Has YouTube created anything original w.r.t content?  Isn't it all uploaded by users and media companies?

I'm probably wrong, and that press release was just badly worded, but wouldn't it awesome if on June 29th the only thing iPhone users could watch was a couple of videos of the YouTube engineering staff waving hello at the camera?

Comments:

I suspect that by "originally created content" they mean "content placed here by the copyright owners" as opposed to those videos that are in violation of the copyright. This suggests that the iPhone will either refuse to play such illegal videos, further suggesting some sort of integrated DRM, or it is saying that you as the owner should not view such content. If the latter, then it is CYA verbiage, to prevent the iPhone as being a copyright violation inducement device.
