Scott Adams is a Wimp Life

I've already commented on how Scott Adams is kind of a jerk.  Now he is a wimpy jerk.

On Monday, the same day that Steve "Crocodile Hunter" Irwin died, Scott posted on his blog a very insensitive rant about how Irwin basically deserved to die.  There were all kinds of negative comments and I'm sure a few emails.

Today, that post is gone with no explanation.  I'll give Scott the benefit of the doubt and say he had second thoughts about the posting, but the honorable thing to do would be to make a second post (or update the first) with his thoughts and maybe an apology.  It's a cop out and coward's way out to just delete the post.  Mr. "I'm always right" makes a mistake but instead of owning up to it, he just tried to hide it.  Shame.

Maybe Scott will make a second post, but as of now he hasn't.  If he does, don't exect this post to disappear.

There's been a lot of this type of sentiment over the weekend, I don't get it. It's pretty easy for someone who writes a comic strip and makes millions of dollars to judge what people do for a living.

More of the same crap over at Daily KOS (a blog which just gives me a major headache)."I'll never understand parents who put themselves in such positions of danger knowing that a misstep can leave their children without a parent."

Would be nice if people that made these types of comments thought about the firemen, the police, the electricians, doctors, nurses, sailors, pilots....(etc).

Congrats...You've ruined Dilbert for me. :)

Couldn't agree more (re: firemen, etc.).

It's really ironic that the Stringray isn't considered a deadly animal and that Irwin wasn't doing anything provocotive.

Sorry to ruin Dilbert.
