What Will You Watch? Entertainment

Here is what American network TV will look like this next TV season. I'm not seeing too many must see shows. Centainly not any new ones.

Note: The networks have a split season. In the fall, Fox has baseball and NBC has Sunday night football. So, some slots have two shows listed for the split. Also, I'm on the west coast, so the football doesn't actually air during primetime. Adjust for your timezone.

Some shows (24, Prison Break, Lost) will either start late (24) or have a large break in the middle (Lost, Prison Break) so there won't be any repeats. Yeah!

UPDATE: I updated the grid.

Hmmm... All of the "Major" studio TV stations - none of the interesting stations. Ok - I must admit that I do watch NCIS when I decide to skip Tuesday spin class, but honestly - that is it out of the major 5 stations anymore (Can I call CW a major?). What you need is the Sci-Fi network that is starting to get good origional programming (Dr. Who/Battlestar Galactica anyone). There are many other cable only networks that have origional programming that beats anything on the normal tube (And I am not even including showtime/HBO that you have to have cable AND pay extra for)

I would put the cable channels (SciFi, HBO, FX, USA, etc.) but the timezone differences are too numerous. I get the east coast feed on the west coast, so everything is 3 hours earlier (it's nice), but not everyone will get that. Also, many of the cable shows are repeated many times over the week (or even that day), so it's not so hard to watch those shows.
