I find it quite amusing that there is actually a Museum of Ham.

I've been to a few of the Museos de Jamon. The name "museum" is misleading: they're pretty much the sort of fairly normal bar-restaurants you see all over Europe. The difference, however, is that there are hundreds (!) of hams hanging from the ceiling, which makes for quite the visual and olfactory sensation.
