Disrupting Class
A Cool day. Meetings, Concall, more email, then Vint Cerf gave a great talk about the net at the Intellectual Dessert. Then, a random stop at Borders and picked up a couple of cool books before a meet-up at University Cafe downtown. First up is Clayton Christensen's new book on learning called Disrupting Class, How Disruptive Innovation will Change the Way the World Learns. My friend Jon gave it a mega thumbs-up and he is a PhD in the subject! The other was an impulse buy on the shelf next to it on the making of Pixar. Now, more email, dinner, chili dogs tonight, more Olympics. Phelps goes for 6. Disruption. Love it.
