- Apple market share tops 10%, Windows share lowest since tracking began - Interesting read after my thoughts on browser market share. Perhaps there is an opportunity for Chrome OS if they can get it out quick enough.
- Jobs: Catch the App Store if you can - "Simply put, carriers have no desire to be a dumb pipe to deliver access. Apple’s march could easily relegate carriers to dumb pipe status. It’s an interesting development that will take years to play out."
- Microsoft Office Web Apps: No test build until August - If Google is coming after Microsoft in the OS arena, Microsoft will go after Google in the web-based apps arena.
- Two ActiveX vulnerabilities make IE a toxic choice - ActiveX continues to be an issue. "Is Internet Explorer too toxic to trust?" I wonder if Office Web Apps uses ActiveX?!
