Introverted or Extroverted? It Dosen't Matter!

I wouldn't category myself as an introvertive person, actually, extrovertive most of the time, I would say. But I still got problem to talk to strangers, especially at the occasion of going to a big event like Great China Sales FY08 Kick Off, I did the day before yesterday.

Breaking ice to talk to somebody whom I never meet in my life before, it just makes me nervous and believe that I have double, or triple personalities!!! (This might be a topic I can talk about in another blog.)

It's great that Melanie sent me this link which really gives some solutions for how to solve this problem after she heard I mumbled my problem in the crowd at the Kick Off event. By reading that article, it becomes clear to me that it's a communication skill that we can improve by practicing it with guidelines. More important, how good you can be at that is not really decided by your personality as I thought. So, with respect to if we are introvertive or extrovertive, it doesn't matter!
