Directory Services: Next Generation Directory Services

We have just released an update to DSEE 6.0 and it is available for download here. 

• Select the Get It tab
• Click on Download Now
• Select the component you want to download. 
  
• We have different components for selection because prior to DSEE 6.0 you downloaded each component (Directory, Directory Proxy, Identity Sync for Windows or Directory Editor) in separate files.  Now with DSEE 6.0 we have combined all these files into one download to make this easier.
• Select the Version
• Select the Delivery Type
• The compressed archive type is a tar or zip compressed bundle of the software and uses a installation method that is generic across all platforms.
• Native packages are specific to the platform you are installing on such as Solaris, which would be SRV4 package types or Linux which would be RPM packages.
• Then select the Platform you want to download for. 
  
• Click on View Downloads
  

You will now be shown a detailed page with all the download information for the selections you made above.  On some downloads there will be both a "patch" and a "full" download available.  In this case you can use the patch file to update an existing installation or download the full file to install that version from scratch.  In some cases only the patch is available for that release and in then the "full" download file listed would be the previous version that is available for a new installation.

Also you will find OS patches and localization files listed if they are required or available for that release.  All OS patches listed should be installed prior to updating or installing the DSEE components.
