this will be another brief post to my blog. As I'm coordinator also for Iberia/Spain I'm trying to support and advise all our SCAs there. ( Small note I have about name of the country. I still don't know what is better. In Europe we are using only Spain.) We have SCA Raul Tinedo on University Universitat Rovira i Virgil. I have to note that he is doing pretty well in his effort.
His the first presenation was around NetBeans 6.5 new features and usage. He meation also SAI or OSUM. Raul is on the right way with this kind of presenation. Personal experiencse is very important. I'm looking forward for his next presentation. I'm crossing fingers for you Raul 
AFAIK, the term Iberia is used to refer to Spain + Portugal as a combined geography. The term is based on historical background, see
