Sunday December 05, 2004 Free Standards Group Accessibility conference, January 2005As has been mentioned several times before in this blog, the Free Standards Group has a working group focused on accessibility standards for computing systems. This group is having their first conference, graciously funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation. The FSG Accessibility Workshop will be held at the Honolulu Community College on Oahu, Hawaii. The four day conference will focus the first year goals of the group: standardizing on AccessX and AT-SPI, as well as a number of discussions about I/O issues for accessibility.
