Communication languages are cool.
The Rosetta Stone was used to translate Egyptian and Greek. With this, Hieroglyphic were able to be understood, once again. In this way, a language thought to be lost was re-discovered. Cool!
The Rosetta Project has taken on a even bigger task of constructing the same type of translation for all known languages. Really Cool!
In my day job, I do simular (computer) translations... for ANSI T10 SCSI, ANSI T11 Fibre Channel, and IETF IPS iSCSI to name a few.
Communications are cool. Glad to be communicating ;)
