NetBeans even with GPL v2 license

Bruno (NetBeans Community Manager) announced big change in licensing of NetBeans IDE. In next weeks there will be two licenses. Right now the NetBeans source code is under CDDL license. They will add a second license to it - GPL v2 with Classpath exception.
