During our last meeting, Alan indicates us that book: "Crucial conversations".
Quite interesting, the difficulty being to practice.

Tx for sharing! I have read the book and it's very good. Like you said, putting this to practice is probably the hardest thing to do.
BTW, SLS also organises a Crucial Conversations instructor led class. I have heard very good feedback from 2 people that attended it.
