During the week of April 7th, SAP hosted a virtualization week that was a significant event for the SAP virtualization partner community. Sun was an active member of the event and I had a chance to present on our virtualization strategy. The presentation was accompanied with a customer portion of the presentation that discussed great benefits and cost savings around deploying SAP in Solaris containers. The event took place at the SAP Co-Innovation Lab (COIL) with quite a few partners and customers attending the sessions throughout the week. This is the second year SAP is organizing this event. During this year event SAP has launched the SAP Enterprise Virtualization community, with Sun being a proud member of the community.
