It's a zip-a-dee-do-da-day today, people.

(To mix metaphores. And songs. And genres, really. We digress.)

You wanna know why?

I go to News.com

And who do I see there?

Ultra hot-shot techno celeb and close personal friend -- Sun's Chief Gaming Officer Chris Melissinos.

(Neither is as thin or young looking in real life.  And I mean that only in a very good way because I love and adore both of these guys. Also, Melissinos is one of the sharpest dressers I know. There's no way he'd ever wear dirty pants in real life. But he probably owns that t-shirt.  Just a little virtual-world-to-real-world color commentary for you there.)

Full Story.

p.s. Sun's Chief Scientist John Gage also happens to be a close personal friend. His name and mine are in the official program for the U2 Vertigo Concert tour. Our favorite way of communicating is via SMS. But I recongize how really hard it is to believe that your run-of-the-mill marketing girl like me could run in these circles ... so I need to sell you on Melissinos first.

p.p.s. I know how much it annoys you when I name-drop. I promise I'm going to try to cut it out. Sometimes I just can't help myself though.
