Wanted to give you a quick look-see at what a few of my blogger buds have to say about NetBeans 4.0.
Check out Tim Bray (of ongoing fame) and Tim Boudreau. Tim, btw, is the celebrated coauthor of NetBeans, the Definitive Guide. Also check out Colm Smyth and Elan Meng. (for added entertainment, play scrabble with their names.)
