I tried but my computer here @work only have J2RE 1.4.1. And I'm locked down (can't install anything) thanks to my IT dept. Apparently, 1.4.2 and above are "non-standard" around here.

Very cool tool! I installed it with no problems. Got it going in no time flat, and just as soon as I got on, someone (polo) was there to guide me through the process of using it.
The tools under file/preferences are really great. Just be sure to turn down the volume before you enable text-to-speech. I just about jumped out of my skin the first time I heard it talk!!

Close, but no cigar. I've got WebStart 1.2 installed, as well as Java 1.4.1 (corporate standard). I click on the link, it appears to download all sorts of goodies, then tells me MyJXTA fails to start.
Oh well, back to trying to figure out why Sol 10 won't install on a V60Z. How can you find a true pioneer? They're the ones with the arrows sticking out of their backs!
