The Chinese letters on this China Post truck are written from right to left, in the traditional Chinese style. This is the first time I've seen anyone do the same for the English letters though.

This is common on the *front* side of police cars, so that you can read the text in the mirror. But on the side? ... I would say this is a new type of chinglish. :)

I've never seen that either! And I see the China Post trucks alot, I think someone got this one wrong... The other ones aren't like that, so funny.

Ionut, I always thought that was kind of funny the way we write "POLICE" or "AMBULANCE" backwards on the front of those vehicles. I mean, as if someone could stand in front of a judge and say, "I didn't pull over because I thought it was the ECILOP behind me with their sirens on and lights flashing....!" Too funny.
Dalton maybe you're right, this might have been an especiallly creative sign-maker who worked on this truck.
