We are a family after all
Thanks again, I was able to solve a problem by calling on other Sun employees through an email alias. If we all try to make ourselves available by 'listening in' where we can, we actually (maybe frightfully) have a universal intelligence; and when we solve a customer's problem, we do as an entire company. What a great day it is.
