Todays Topic - Enabling users to access SunSolve restricted content.
This has to be one of the most frequent requests I see both internally within Sun and via the [ + ] feedback icon on Sun's Web Pages.
Update SunSolve to view restricted Content is a self help feature:
Step 1 : login to SunSolve
Step 2 : Select " Change Contract"
Step 3: Enter your contract number (you can as many as you want, and checking existing contract will remove a contract).
Step 4: Mouse click [ Submit Info ]
Step 5: and missed by most users Log out of SunSolve and Log back in, you need to do this to reset your session.
Now you are good to go and will be able to access restricted content.
If you happen to see ** either side of your contract this is an indication that the contract is not found in Sun's database. You can submit feedback via the SunSolve feedback link or via [ + ] to have the support team investigate your issue. Be sure to supply your userid and Contract Number issue which has the problem.
