12 step program for racers.

Neat stuff that a guy posted at RDD:

1. Admit that your bike sucks.

2. Spend time and money making it lighter (Carbon fibre, titanium, ...)
3. Admit that your bike still sucks, but it is lighter.
4. Spend time and money to find more Horsepower.
5. Admit that your bike not only sucks, but is unreliable and unrideable.
6. Spend time and money to make the newfound power reliable.
7. Admit that your bike is fast and reliable, but unrideable.
8. Spend time and money getting the suspension redone.
9. Admit that your bike is fast and reliable, but unrideable and expensive.
10.Spend time fiddling with the new suspension settings with no change in lap times.
11. Admit that you are no good at suspension work, and find someone who is.
12. Admit that your bike is now light, fast, reliable, and rideable, but you suck.
