JBoss support in Open ESB
Thanks to the work of a number of people at both Sun and Gestalt LLC, there is now a working JBoss version of Open ESB available for download from our nightly builds. Just go to our Downloads page, and click on the "Latest Nightly Build" link under "Open ESB Runtime". The download page will list both a .zip and a .tar version of the bundle for running under JBoss.
Chad Gallemore (Gestalt LLC) and I have created pages on our wiki describing the Open ESB for JBoss work, providing instructions on how to install and run it, and documenting future work that is planned for Open ESB for JBoss. You can start with the OpenESBJBoss page and learn all about it.

Hi
Need help in installing the openESB on jboss .
I am trying run opeesb on jboss 4.2.2.GA , I downloaded jboss-distrubution and deployed openesb-jboss.sar as mentioned in the below url http://wiki.open-esb.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossGettingStarted , when I start the jboss server I am getting the error
14:09:22,097 ERROR [STDERR] Feb 28, 2008 2:09:22 PM com.sun.jbi.framework.jboss.JBossJBIBootstrap create WARNING: Error creating JBI Framework: Failed to create JBI framework: null
I am unable to deoply the sample app and install the required component for JBI also.
Kindly help me how to proceed further to use the deploy the openesb app.

Hi I am using JBoss-4.0.5 verssion. While starting my Joboss server I am getting the follwoig exception.
10:12:09,375 ERROR [Digester] Parse Error at line 1221 column 42: Attribute "name" is required and must be specified for element type "forward".
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute "name" is required and must be specifie
d for element type "forward".
Due to above exception all my configuration files are not reading by the server. so how can I fine the problem with the help of the line number and the column number.
Please give me the Repply as early as possible.

I'm also getting the same message when deploying the openesb-jboss.sar:
