That poll has a pretty "interesting" list of options...
* Bundling Spring and Hibernate together!
* Listing the Groovy JSR - which has made NO progress in 4 years
* Not listing Hudson in the Development Utility catgory
* Listing REST as a "development Tool or Add-in"
