Redesign of Select Profiling Task Dialog

We are thinking of redesigning the Select Profiling Task dialog for Profiler 6.0. The main reasons are to add support for controlling new Profiler features and allow future extensibility, improve usability and fix accessibility problems.
Here are some screenshots of how the new dialog should look like, we will welcome any feedback:
