Bad advertising and good experiences David Polinchock at the Brand Experience Lab has called out some interesting numbers that have popped up over at Advertising Age: amidst a massive decline in TV advertising effectiveness, "44% of purchasing decisions at one telecom company were influenced by customer interaction rather then advertising."
