Screencast: What's new in OpenSolaris 2008.11
I have recorded a 12-minute screencast which will walk you through the new features in the 2008.11 release of OpenSolaris. It contains lots of demos, so you can see various new features in action - I focused on the desktop features because it is a big theme for this release.

These 3 repositories will be launched together with 2008.11 launch on Dec 10th.
The URLs will be:

http://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra
https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/support
Please be patient, there's a lot of effort going on right now to get everything in place for the launch.

What program did you use for your screencasts? Recordmysolaris from http://code.google.com/p/recordmysolaris/? It looks good!

No, I used Camtasia and ran OpenSolaris in VirtualBox for the recording. Camtasia has great editing features which is the main reason why I use it. It would be really nice to use a tool that works natively on OpenSolaris, but unfortunately I haven't found such tool yet.

What I ment in the last comment was that I would like to find a screencasting tool running on OpenSolaris that has similar rich editing features such as Camtasia.

Is the pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/support on?. I bought a Essential Support when log in in on pkg.sun.com only appeared the pkg.sun/opensolaris/extra certificate.
